St Ives Arts Club

A figure and voices have been experienced here, but details are lacking.

Update 17/2/20: Responding to my email, Stephen Litherland, the President of the Arts Club, informs me that, "I have been a Trustee for over 10 years and involved with the club for 12 years. I have been on my own, late at night, many times at the Arts Club and never noticed any odd or unexplained happenings/phenomena." He also says that there are no reports of any deaths or serious injuries in their archive.
