Porthmeor Beach

At Porthmeor Beach, a white horse has been seen and the sound of its hooves heard. The horse died waiting for its owner to return from a swim, but he had died and the horse passed away afterward. The phantom has also been experienced at nearby Porthgwidden Beach, not far from the Chapel Car Park. Additionally, a boat carrying people "in long robes" has been seen arriving near the cliff, which they then climb out of before kneeling in prayer - and then vanishing!
