Update 7/1/24: Sharon, a worker at the hotel informed me when I inquired about any recent occurrences; "[The Inn] is known to be haunted but I personally haven't experienced any ghostly goings on. There has been talk of smelling cigar smoke but other than that we don't seem to notice. One of the previous owners who moved to Canada encountered more experiences."
