Heavy footsteps on the spiral staircase have been heard, blamed on the ghost of a young boy called Sambo.

Update 14/9/20: Clare Robinson informs me, "Good to hear that our building has come up as haunted! It is over 400 years old so it certainly has history. Sadly we are not aware of any recent unusual occurrences and I don't think that our tenants are either."
