The Navy Inn

In the 19th century, the establishment was a hotel for captains and one of their number murdered the young daughter of a woman who had rejected him. Then he killed the woman who had spurned him. The little girl, said to have been killed in the cellar, is reputed to haunt the pub, with "a ghost" appearing in a photo taken in the ladies toilets during a hen do; the girl appeared in the mirror and had "a blackness" around her eyes. Other eerie phenomena, including footsteps in the empty building have also been experienced.
