Gunnislake Bridge

Rogue Monk Dando is said to haunt this bridge. According to folklore, because of his debauched lifestyle, he was pursued by the Devil on horseback and caught him on the bridge, dragging him under the waters of the river. He now returns to the bridge and the banks of the river with a pack of hounds seeking fresh souls for his master.
