An old man has been seen seated at table No.2 in the old Seagull Cafe which once occupied this site; although rarely seen, he liked to sprinkle salt on the table. He was even been known to pat and blow into the ear of the ex-owner's wife, and once startled her by saying "boo" behind her.

Update 11/3/25: I contacted the cafe and was told, "It’s very interesting that you’ve contacted us at this time, we’ve recently been experiencing some things we’ve found very unusual here." When I sought clarification I was told, "We’ve not had anything happen that is unexplainable. And the vibe we’ve created feels new and fresh so that feeling takes up the space to be honest."
