Nothe Gardens

On a bridge overlooking a path, people have heard disembodied footsteps, and a black shadow has been seen. A man with a beard and moustache was also seen on one occasion, and he seemed to respond to a passerby wishing him a good evening. A 2025 newspaper adds two more ghosts; "According to reports, there have been regular sightings from those walking in the area of two men duelling with swords in the Nothe Gardens during the half light of early mornings. The men are described as wearing clothes similar to those found in the Regency period. It is said that the pair do not interact with anyone but simply engage in swordplay before fading from view."
