The Castle Inn

The ghost of the castle gaoler has been seen here, his former home, usually upstairs in and around room 6 where he stomps noisily around. A "shifting white mist" has also been experienced too and a guest to the inn mentioned seeing a man sitting in a shadowy corner opposite him at breakfast; however staff said that no such person was staying and the man's companions said that they had not seen the figure either. The guest packed his bags and left within a very short space of time!
