Chantry House

It is not known if phenomena still occurs here, but in the past, workers heard heavy footsteps in an office overhead, and also the sound of a chair being dragged and a door opening. A police search yielded nothing. The source of the sounds was nicknamed "Fred" and was also blamed on items disappearing, though they were returned soon afterwards. Other footsteps, and doors and cupboards opening also occurred here, too.
