This building has hosted many insurance companies it would seem, but it is not clear if phenomena is still occurring here (the building now seems to be apartments). Footsteps from someone wearing heavy boots have been heard but in the past, a foul stench and a loud scream have occurred (though not everyone heard the scream, though it was picked up on a tape machine).
