Poole Arms

An interview with the landlord by CAMRA in Spring 2019 revealed, "This pub is the oldest on Poole Quay, it was built in 1635, but surprisingly we don’t have a resident ghost as such which is just as well because we live here too! My sister and I have heard footsteps across the floor above when there’s been no one there but its not a scary pub."
