Piazza Terracina

Screams have been heard near here, and the water is in an "agitated state" as if someone is thrashing about, but no-one can be found here. These events occur in January; on 4th January 1912, a man named John Taylor fell into the water on a foggy night. His cries alerted nearby security men and he was rescued, but died two hours later due to asphyxia and hypothermia.
