The Cow

Before briefly being called "The Avocet", when this was originally "The Cow", people experienced the sensation of being pushed or brushed aside, sometimes with force, and a gust of cold air experienced too. The swishing of a skirt and the cleaning and setting out of cutlery by phantom hands, and the tugging of bed clothes of guests who linger too long in their slumber, have been attributed to an ex-waitress and maid, nicknamed "Molly".
