The Turk's Head

A red haired lady in a green dress is said to haunt this building, walking along a ground floor corridor and bar. However she soon vanishes from sight; she is blamed for pub optics operating by themselves. The shared cellar with the Guildhall has a spectre too. On the upper floors, a light resembling a pair of eyes has been seen to flash on briefly, sometimes accompanied by an unpleasant smell.

Update 19/1/24: The establishment was asked if anything had been experienced recently, and Luke replied via email; "Nothing at all unfortunately". Researcher Greg Hardman visited the establishment on May 18th 2025 and told me, "[I] spoke to a bar lady, no occurences in relation to what you have written down but there has been electrical disturbances such as "unexplained" power drops and electrical equipment failures."
