The Grange

Edward, The Prince of Wales (also known as the Black Prince) is said to haunt this building.

Update 12/8/21: Mike Laslett, the Archivist and Curator of Rottingdean Heritage informs me, "I'm sorry to we have no recent events to report. There were no nasty events recorded during the years when Rev Hooker ran the vicarage as a private school or during the subsequent incumbencies. The only unpleasant event coming to mind is Sir George Lewis, the owner in the 1920's, who died in an accident in Switzerland and his wife gradually went mad. The attic has been turned into a flat but the extensive cellars are structurally unaltered since the days when they housed smuggled casks."
