Some of the experiences include: cries for help from a spectral boy or girl, a cat brushing against people's legs, and a "Grey Lady" who is believed to be a woman who fed the prisoners. Other phantoms include an armless man, a priest and a young man who stabbed himself rather than be executed. Blue lights and a large "shadowy figure" have also been seen in the cell area.
