When this was a branch of "Palmer Snell," a pair of employees were sat on the 1st floor when they heard footsteps approach and stop outside their room, but when the door was opened no-one was there, and none of their colleagues had ventured upstairs; one of the staff members had even had a knock on their toilet cubicle, but again no-one was there.
