Town Hall

The phantom of a black cat has been seen here, running through walls. A previous caretaker has a pet black cat until she passed away, her companion dying soon afterwards.

Update: 27/2/20 Lisa Greathead, Corporate and Democratic Services Officer told me that, "I worked at the Town Hall for 27 years before moving offices but have never known of anything paranormal happen during that time. It is my understanding there is a cat that makes noises from time to time but have never witnessed this."
