St Mary's House

In the past, a monk who knocked on the front door has been heard and other cowled figures seen nearby; incense has also been smelt as has a musky perfume odour in and outside the Painted Room. A small Elizabethan girl has been seen on the upper landing too and there are reports of a "White Lady" too.
