The Cavalier Inn

CAMRA states that "This pub is reckoned to be haunted", and a message was sent to the pub asking for any recent phenomena. Landlady Natalie replied on 28/3/26, "yes, there are always odd things going on here. I’ve lived here for two years and they have always been pretty friendly (old cigarette smells, items going missing and then turning weeks later, footsteps, a photo which changes mood!) but since I’ve announced I’m leaving, I’ve had all sorts of random problems with (broken) taps suddenly flooding the place and things breaking. A feeling of much more ‘presence’." Unfortunately I could not find out any more details about the mood-changing photo!
