Boston Tea Party

Footsteps have been heard on the 1st floor and in the unused attic space; the shadow of someone's feet under the crack in the office door has been seen, heading towards the attic stairs too. The attic is also where voices and talking have been heard but no-one is there upon investigation. Weird Wiltshire adds that, "[a member of staff] also said that there was a huge crash up in the attic one evening. A set of ladders stored up there for ages, leaning against the wall, were found on the floor ... Apparently, when the building was being renovated and turned into a coffee shop, workers tools would be moved around the locked building every night."
