The Plough Inn

Footsteps climbing a long-gone staircase and a silhouette seen by the fireplace have been reported here; he may be the dark cloaked figure seen in the room upstairs. It is though he was a Spanish traveller who treated others at the inn to drinks, which made the pub-goers think that he was carrying a fortune. He was murdered but the pub patrons found no sign of treasure in his room.

Update 4/3/22: Donna replied to my query to the pub asking about any recent occurrences: "Yes we tend to have activity on a semi- regular basis, especially when we took over and re-opened last year. Locally we affectionally refer to our resident ghost as Roberto!"
