Jenkyn Place

A spectral housekeeper or children's nurse, called "Mrs Waggs" or "Mrs Mopps" is said to haunt this location, most frequently in the winter months. A White Lady has been seen walking near the footbridge in the lane and on the lawns of the house, where she drops coins. A brilliant light was also observed to shine from a window on an upper floor, but was found to be out upon investigation. A coach and horses has also been seen and heard to pull up outside the house.

Update 3/8/20: Owner Camilla Jennings replied to me, saying that "[We have experienced] Nothing since me and my family moved there in 1998."
