A landlord related in an interview, "We've got an old woman called Celia who is regularly seen in the corner with a white hat on or often seen behind customers waiting to be served. I've seen customers moving out the way to let her pass then wondering where she's gone." A medium has claimed that there are over 60 spirits in the building. Recent claims talk of a ghostly dog that brushes past people, mysterious footsteps and problems with equipment and items moving and falling which have been attributed to phantoms. There is also talk about a lady with her child standing near the fireplace, and a mysterious shadow that walks towards where the old woman sits.

Update 14/6/22: Manager Jon Quinn replied to my query about any recent happenings: "in the past we have but not so much in the last 4/5 years."
