When this was "The Jolly Sailor" pub, a flex dropped off its holder and stretched to its full length before dropping to the floor, and at the same time a glass tankard above the bar was swinging. A child had been heard running from one of the flat upstairs to the other; and a stool pulled itself out from under a table as it offering the witness a seat. The owner also found that his wallet disappeared but it reappeared a few days later where he had last placed it. The building is now a private home.
