The ghosts of hooded Franciscan Monks have been seen from time to time at this location. Objects have also been hurled across the eathen void in the middle of this establishment and in the Guest House, covers have been pulled from beds, rooms have become cold for no reason and red eyes seen staring down from the ceiling.
