HM Prison Erlestoke

The sight of Erlestone House, the female ghost that haunts the ground, prison and village is said to be Lady Charlotte Hay, who lived here and was responsible for the new church. She has been seen and heard walking in the basement below the Education Block, in the ruins of the old house and on horseback.
