It is not clear if phenomena is still being experienced, but in the past, ashtrays have been broken in the night, rings on the cooker turned on and the bathroom door opened and closed by itself. A figure with long nails and a beard had also been seen coming through the window. The Cove, a group of three stones in the garden, is also the source of a whining noise.

Update: 5/3/20 Manager Carrianne Summers informs me that, "I myself have never seen anything but I have definitely felt a presence on one or two occasions, The locals often talk about their experiences too so I'd say yes to your question [as to whether anything still occurs]."
