Chatham Grammar School

An old lady, immortalised as a painting at the school, is said to haunt the main hall; "H" corridor is also said to be the haunt of a spectral girl. Loud noises and bangs have been heard on H14 landing and a caretaker's dog would not enter the area and began barking.
