It is unknown whether phenomena still manifests here, but certainly in the past the sound of conversation could be heard in one of the downstairs reception rooms, but the sound ceased when the door was opened.

Update 16/12/21: Responding to a Facebook query for recent phenomena, the office replied; "I’m afraid there’s been nothing of note in Gay Street but as the building’s used as offices (not very much since the pandemic of course), it’s only occupied during the day so who knows what going’s on there are at night..."
