There are two wraiths associated with this shop. The first is that of a child. The other is a monk named Brother Peter who is seen in the cellar; he apparently perished when the foundations collapsed.

Update 17/8/21: The tearoom responded by saying, "Unfortunately we have nothing ghostly to report."
