The Corn Exchange

It is reputed that, a few years after his death, the spectre of Charles Dickens could be seen under the moon faced clock. A local legend says that he appears at midnight at Christmas time and sets his watch by the clock. "Chamber music" has been heard coming from upstairs but upon investigation, nothing can be found. A little girl has also been seen, and is blamed for lights being turned on and off.

Update 16/8/21: Karen Woodman, the event executive informs me, "Unfortunatley there has been no “odd” happenings in the building that I am aware of, I have worked in the building for 11 years and not seen or heard of anything."
