Unconvicing logic says that the ghost seen here is Dr.James Gully; it was here that an inquest was held into the death of Charles Bravo which revealed that his wife was having an affair with Gully and an abortion had been carried out on her. Charles was believed to have been poisoned and some believe that Gully was responsible.

Update 18/2/20: Kate Lester, the PR and Marketing Director kindly replied to my email saying that since the Three Cheers Pub Co took over the establishment in 2018 they haven't witnessed any mysterious goings on.
