Mercure Bristol Holland House Hotel and Spa (Closed)

When this was known as Phoenix House, there were reports that it was haunted by the ghost of a woman carrying a carpetbag; it is not clear if she has been seen lately.

Update 17/1/22: Responding to an email query for recent sightings, I was informed by Marta of the reception team, "No one came in to report that kind of issues through the past couple of years, so I would say no. If someone ever experienced this, never came in to report this."
