Tables stacked and cutlery rattling in the Obolensky restaurant have been reported here; the atmosphere is reported to be cold at the time and unnerved a dog used by security guards. Mysterious faces have been seen at night and on the CCTV, it looked like a TV set had been left on, but on investigation, all the televisions in the area were off.
