Battersea Dogs and Cats Home

Strange shadows have been seen, temperature drops felt and mysterious footsteps, janglings of keys and laughter heard here. An old, grey haired lady has been seen too - she smiled at a staff member, and all the while, the dogs had stopped barking. In addition, a Victorian lady walking two dogs was also seen in the yard.

Update 3/9/20: Archivist Kat Hubschmann replied to my email by noting that a book on the ghosts at the Home had describes two sightings of a woman, presumed to be the founder Mary Tealby (who died before the Home moved to Battersea). Kat finished by saying, "The first sighting was in 1996, the second in 2005. As far as I'm aware there have been no sightings since then."
