Westminster Bridge

A spectral boat has been seen in the area here but makes no noise; crewed by a few men, it is seen to pass under one of the arches but never emerges on the other side. A young man in a top hat and frock coat has been seen jumping into the water as Big Ben strikes midnight, usually on December 31st.
