The Ten Bells

The spectre of an elderly man haunts the rooms above the pub; he has even been found in bed when people in that area awake in the night! He is said to grin ("with vile teeth") at the unfortunate incumbent before vanishing. Two more phantoms claimed for this pub are a crying baby and Jack the Ripper victim Annie Chapman who used to frequent the pub; she is claimed to have appeared at the bar.
