The Bull Inn

A monk haunts this inn, and has been reputed to appear in the bedrooms in his cowl, staring down at guests as they lie down in bed (although it should be noted that Brakspear's website claims that the figure is actually that of a young woman). The smell of burnt candles has also been detected, perhaps connected with the building's prior religious background.
