Bowl Inn

The sound of a crying child and nursery rhymes being recited have been heard here, and cold spots felt. A lady in old-fashioned clothes has been seen walking into the kitchen, but when a member of staff checked, she was nowhere to be seen. There is also said to be another female phantom but there are no details given. A 2025 online paper says that, "this pub is said to be haunted by the spirits of a small French girl and her brother, believed to have been killed there in the 16th century."

Update 6/1/22: Lauren replied to my email; "I have been GM at the Bowl for nearly 4 years and we have had a few guests and staff who have experienced a few unexplainable things in the time i have been here."
