A young woman in a long dress has been seen here; additionally, a "pink mist", the sensation of being brushed past on the stairs, cold fingers on the shoulder and the landlord's dog being reticent about his owner's bedroom are also occurrences here.

Update 7/3/22: The pub responded to my Facebook query; "There is only apparently a lady who drifts around the pond in the rear of the car park and back garden. She slipped in years ago and drowned." When I asked if she had been seen recently, I was informed, "No and it’s hard to try to get to the pond as fenced off twice."
