The Crown Inn (Closed)

The ghost at this pub is wrapped in a long cloak. A Catholic priest had hidden in the building in the days when those adherents to the faith were persecuted. He fell in love with a barmaid and one day heard an altercation between her and an unruly customer. The priest emerged from his hiding place to remonstrate with the customer and a duel was fought during which the priest was killed.
