The Oaks

When this was "The Royal Oak" a figure was seen, at one time disappearing right in front of an employee. The ghost acquired the nickname "Fred." A door leading from the mens toilets to the car park and which was always kept locked was found open several times in the morning; in the end the door was nailed shut.
