The Ancient Ram Inn

A multitude of ghosts and poltergeist-like activity haunt this ancient building, including a Cavalier, a servant girl, a child who waves at passers-by from a window, a cat accompanied by a woman, and a shepherd and his dog, whose feet are heard padding across the old bar area. Most reports seem to emerge from the Bishop's room, where a young woman was said to have been murdered by a pair of highwaymen who used the inn as a base; ladies in this room report cold hands carressing them and beds have been reported shaking. It is also in this room that two monks have been seen walking through a wall, where a hiding place used to be.
