Royal British Legion Enfield (Closed)

36 Holtwhites Hill, Enfield, London EN2 0RX

Once the Enfield fire station, this disused building was once occupied by the Royal British Legion. In the 1970s, a glass was sometimes found smashed in the upstairs bar even though no-one was up there; a bucket of water was also levitated and then dropped, and a man in a white shirt and black tie was seen in the cellar. The spectre was nicknamed "Fred." More recently, just before its closure, sensations and cold feelings were reported, and a ghost hunting group reported a bang on the fire escape door, and a camera being moved.
