Watford Central Library

Sensations of being touched, automatic doors opening without anyone being present and the sounds of books falling and a panic alarm activating are some of the phenomena that have been reported here. A ghost wearing a black suit has also been seen.

Update 14/12/21: Susi Smith, a member of the Enquiry Team for the Welwyn Garden City Central Library and Information Service informs me, "I do know from my time working at the library many years ago, there were a few tales about the windowless stack, but I am not aware of any new tales or sightings over the last few years."
