Llyn-Nad-y-Forwyn

A lady's shrieks and groans are said to be heard "a long distance away" and the phantom will sometimes arise from the lake, waving her arms and her hair disordered. The legend is that she and a man were betrothed but he betrayed her and pushed her into the lake, where she drowned.
