The smell of cigar smoke in the back stairwell has been detected; this was also smelt on the stage, while footsteps belonging to an invisible person walked in front! This usually occurred in the early hours of the evening. A loud cough has also been heard; additionally, the kitchen's kettle has been found to be hot even though it is switched off, and mysterious events in the cellar have occurred including the sound of singing.
