When this was the "Lord Louis", the landlady and cleaner reported that items such as glasses, money and ashtrays would move by themselves across the floor.

Update 1/9/20: Craig Oakley at the pub informs me, "I have had reports of activity here from live in staff and previous occupants. On a personal level I haven't experienced anything however I have had many staff express there concerns. These include various objects moving around in plain sight. Most of these occur upstairs in the accommodation and not in the pub itself."
